Weight loss is all about burning more calories than you eat. There’s no need for a big difference in numbers, you can shed fat even if your calorie intake is 500 calories smaller than what you burn. For example, you can eat 2500 calories a day and burn 3000, because it will still make you shed fat, even if only a small amount. In a past article I’ve shown you why you gained all that weight, because that’s something you need to understand, in order to know where you’ve gone wrong.
Once you know that you have all that extra weight because of junk food and an idle lifestyle, you can make the changes that are necessary in order for get that new figure you’ve dreamed about for so long. You need to burn 3500 calories in order to lose a pound of fat and that is exactly what you will shed in a week’s time if you follow my example above, just do the math and you will see that I’m right. And coincidentally this is the ideal, safe and healthy amount of weight to lose in a week’s time.
So if you stick to this plan, you will lose weight and you will also keep it off in the long run. At this point you might be thinking that if you further reduce your calorie intake you will shed fat quicker, but don’t do it, because if you go too fast, you will also lose muscle tissue and maybe your health too. So don’t try to be smart, just play it safe, because the risks outweigh the benefits. This of it this way: if you decide not to follow my advice, your new plan will have many unwanted side effects.
For example, you will be always hungry, mad, grumpy and you will eventually annoy everyone around you, causing them to leave and weight loss is not fun at all if you have to do it alone. We all need support and someone to lean on when we have a difficult road ahead of us. For more about zotrim check this site.
